The development for Pale Blue Eyes started around my second year in Argentina. I had been exploring some stories for possible scripts and in a brainstorming session with Kevin, we asked ourselves the question: What if computers and cell phones were replaced by an operating system accessible through a brain implant? It was the kind of ideas that once they fall into place, you just can't let them go. It wasn't long after that I pitched it to Bruno and with that, everything started.
Bruno and I continued developing the concept for a while. Little by little, the story and the concept evolved into an exploration of the human mind and its need for connection. I would be lying if I told you that production was a breeze. It was hard and I wouldn't finish listing all the mistakes we made along the way, but despite everything, this short film taught us a lot, and we wouldn't have done it if it hadn't been for the team that accompanied us along the way. Now, Eyes is finally available via Vimeo On Demand to the public! I am happy to finally be able to share this with you, since it is a short film that I’m very fond of. I hope you enjoy it!
